Friends of Eastgate School

There is a ‘Friends' of Eastgate Primary School Association to which parents, carers, grandparents and members of our local community automatically become members.

The ‘Friends' run many fundraising events and social gatherings during the school year. These have included Christmas fayres, Summer fêtes, discos, bingo, Christmas links, various raffles, and a children's fashion show. The money raised is used to purchase equipment extra to that provided by the Local Education Authority.

The “Friends” are always looking for new ideas and all suggestions are very welcome. If you can contribute or want to find out more please contact the chairman or vice-chairman via the school.
